Refund Policy:
100% will be refunded if given one week notice prior to facilities and 50% will be refunded if given 72 hours notice or more.

About Us
We are happy to share 25 years of guiding experience and 15 years of cooking experience with you
We are two sisters (Ayşın & Aysun) passionate about cooking and teaching the culinary culture of Turkey to others. During our travels abroad one of our first activities would be to attend local cooking classes because we believe that you can understand the culture of one place by learning its cuisine. We wanted to share this passion and our culture with others, that is why we founded Cookistan Istanbul in 2012. Our neighborhood Kurtuluş is one of the most local area of Istanbul that is why we wanted to do the cooking classes there so we can share with you the local life and culture of the area.
